OUR PHILOSOPHY
Cooking with Conviction
In the Seemöwe kitchen, health, quality, and sustainability come first. We cook wholesome, gluten-free whenever possible, and offer plenty of lactose-free dishes.
We bake our own bread. We use vegetable stock for cooking, raw sugar whenever possible – and vegan dishes also have a permanent place on our menu.
Our kitchen and service team regularly trains apprentices – because the gastronomy sector needs young talent to pass on knowledge to.

✔︎ Crispy baskets gluten- and lactose-free
✔︎ Pastry dough also prepared lactose-free
